Carers Course - Trauma & The Caring Role In recognition of the challenges that many Carers have faced throughout the pandemic and at this current time, Mind Mosaic and Inverclyde Carers Centre are offering a new 6 week course which gives Carers the chance to look at what affects us in our lives and our roles as Carers. The course is very informal and relaxed, offering time and space to consider what is going on for us as we navigate the challenges of caring, while also looking after our own health. It explores various topics including how anxiety and trauma affect the body and mind and ways to regulate this to enhance wellbeing. Although it is a course, there are no tests nor exams! You will be very welcome and never put ‘on the spot’ at any time! If you would like to find out more about the course, please contact Inverclyde Carers Centre via emailing [email protected] or calling us on 01475 735180.
