My name is Louise, and I have been on the Board of Directors at the Carers Centre for the last few months.

I joined the Board of Directors because I wanted to be part of the wonderful work being done by the Carers Centre in Inverclyde.

I want to promote the Carers Centre wherever I can, and encourage other Carers to benefit from the services we offer.

I am also a full time Carer for one of my sons who has mental health disabilities, so I know first-hand the hard work and challenges this brings. I know how important it is to have support and advice when needed, and to have someone to talk to when it gets really tough.

I hope to be able to help the Carers Centre continue to make a difference in Carers lives, and help to grow the organisation further."
