Inverclyde Health and Social Care Partnership is working with Alzheimer Scotland and the Digital Health & Care Innovation Centre, to develop a wellbeing app for people living with dementia and their carers.

An online workshop is taking place on the 6th October 2021. They would like to offer 5 carers and 5 people living with dementia the opportunity to take part in the workshop

The aim is that this mobile app will help you to continue living well by:

· Providing information, local and national services and support, to improve your wellbeing.

· Giving you tools to identify what matters most to you, what is going well in your daily life, and when additional support may be beneficial.

· Signposting you to support specific to the needs you have identified.
