June Walking Group Carers are invited to join our walking group! This is a great chance to get moving, meet new people and feel the benefits to our health and wellbeing. Walking has so many benefits including giving a huge boost to your mental health and helping to prevent a range of conditions such as heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes, obesity, some cancers and Alzheimer’s.
